The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation (MIRCO), Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says the death penalty is not a solution to gender-based violence. Nandi-Ndaitwah said this at a belated commemoration of the International Non-Violence Day at Havana Primary School in Windhoek, co-organised by the Indian High Commission to Namibia.
