The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) says it has been and remains responsive to economic challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the country in line with its legal mandate and strategic business objectives. The bank was responding to a petition by the Black Business Leadership Network on its alleged failure to assist businesses especially those affected by COVID-19.
