Otjozondjupa SWAPO regional coordinator, Susan Hikopua, has labelled the suspensions of five branch coordinators and recalling of Grootfontein mayor, Talitha Garises, as un-procedural. This follows the announcement by Grootfontein district coordinator John Haimbodi at the party's office on Monday, where none of those suspended showed up.
