The Directorate of Early Childhood Development Centres (ECDs), says it is confident with the re-opening of the majority of ECD centres in terms of measures put in place to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. Its Deputy Director Loide Velishavo, however, says guidelines will still be adjusted accordingly depending on how the situation plays out.
