Vice-President Nangolo Mbumba says economic emancipation can only be achieved through dedication and commitment by Namibians. Mbumba says the opening of Okaale Lifestyle Centre and Spar Omuthiya in the Oshikoto Region by a local businessman Herman Nekomba should serve as an example for others to emulate.
