The Minister of Environment and Tourism Pohamba Shifeta says his ministry will ensure that natural resources are utilised to the benefit of all Namibians. Shifeta was addressing stakeholders drafting regulations around 'Access to Biological and Genetic Resources and Associated Knowledge' in Windhoek this week.
