Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister Derek Klazen received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the official launch of the COVID-19 vaccination information campaign at Walvis Bay. The event was held at the premises of the fishing company Tunacor. The campaign, spearheaded by the minister, aims to encourage employees in the fishing sector to get vaccinated.
