Former NDF Chief Lieutenant General Martin Shali has apologised for his remark he made while addressing a SWAPO rally at Okahandja, which were described by many as incitement of crime and violence. Lieutenant General Shali while emphasising that his remark was blown out of context says he fully understands the emotions of people, some of who have a high regard for him.
