Founding President Sam Nujoma said Namibia will continue to support constructive international dialogue regarding sovereignty, territorial integrity and equality for all nations. Nujoma said this as he accepted the Francisco de Miranda Order, first-class by the Venezuelan government during the ceremony held virtually.
