Government is considering the possibility of releasing former DTA MP in the National Assembly Geoffrey Mwilima. However, the Minister of Safety and Security, Frans Kapofi would not go into detail, apart from saying that talks are underway about his release. Mwilima is serving an 18-year prison term after being convicted of high treason and other charges.
