The government will not oppose the settlement agreement made during a court case between Challenge Air and Air Namibia for the best interest of Namibians. Finance Minister Ipumbu Shiimi said in a media statement that the Government has taken note of the agreement reached between Air Namibia and Belgian's Challenge Air to settle the matter in which Challenge Air had filed for Air Namibia's liquidation.
