Health and Social Services Minister Bernard Haufiku took the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision campaign to Onheleiwa village in the Omusati Region. Introduced three years ago the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision campaign is carried out under the theme 'Get a smart cut'.
