The Minister of Health and Social Services has expressed concern at the failure of some contractors to complete projects on time. Dr Kalumbi Shangula says such delays are denying citizens healthcare services. Shangula was speaking the inauguration of a COVID-19 isolation and treatment unit at Nkurenkuru in the Kavango West Region.
