Hompa Alfons Kaundu of Mpora and Kasava communities, responding to allegations of allocating a piece of land to someone without the villagers' consent, says the Mbunza Traditional Authority has proposed that Hamutenya be allocated land somewhere else but this was overruled by the Ministry of Land Reform.
