Swapo Party backbencher, Lucia Witbooi has expressed concern over the use and abuse of hubbly-bubbly among Namibians, especially the youth, saying it is a serious health hazard. A rare occasion for a Swapo Party member to ask her fellow party members from the Executive, a question during the question time slot, Witbooi asked what is being done to desist the use of hubbly-bubbly, which she said causes cancer, lung and throat diseases.
