Individuals from the Kavango East Region who rented their vehicles to the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) during the Regional Councils and Local Authority are yet to be paid their dues. According to the contract they signed with the ECN they were supposed to receive a payment within 30 days of the elections.
