Independent Patriots for Change, IPC, candidates for Arandis local authority say they will ensure people pay off their home loans in four years instead of the current 20 years, if they are voted into power. Helena Orus, who has been living in Arandis since 2004, says housing provision is a problem at the town and that is why she is supporting IPC candidates.
