Justice Minister Yvonne Dausab has tabled a bill in the National Assembly that seeks to amend some provisions of the Combating of the Domestic Violence Act. Dausab noted that, despite the existence of the Act in its current form, similar acts continue to occur, hence the need to improve the law and close existing gaps.
