The Deputy Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service has called on the youth in the Kavango East Region to become employment creators and agents of change in their communities by engaging in horticultural activities. Emma Kantema-Gaomas made these remarks while launching a youth self-employment project in horticulture in Kangweru Village in the Ndonga-Linena Constituency on Tuesday.
