The ownership of the Kombat settlement by local businessman, Knowledge Katti has again surfaced in the National Assembly with several opposition Members of Parliament (MP), asking the Government to come clean on how the settlement was sold to an individual. The MPs also expressed their dismay over the alleged harassment of Kombat residents by the businessman, for not paying rent to him.
