Despite notable programs currently underway in the Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency, the chairperson of the ||Kharas Regional Council, Josef Isaacks, says that service delivery is hampered at the town, as coordination lacks among government institutions and agencies. The constituency councillor made the remarks during a Constituency Development Committee meeting.
