The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has refuted allegations that it does not pay its temporary workers on time. Speaking in the National Assembly last week, Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) Member of Parliament Elma Dienda accused the ECN of delaying payments of temporary workers for days.
