The Landless People's Movement (LPM) has accused some regional Governors of violating the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) code of conduct. LPM Member of Parliament (MP), Henny Seibeb claimed that the Governors blackmailing members of the public who do not belong to SWAPO.
