The Landless People's Movement (LPM) says it is now contemplating joining the City of Windhoek's (CoW) Coalition Council which is also known as the "progressive forces." Sources familiar with the matter have it that LPM initially snubbed the coalition after allegedly disagreeing on who to ascend on the Mayoral throne for the coalition's first term.
