Some Liselo residents in the Zambezi Region have expressed concern over a decision by the Mafwe Traditional Authority to avail an open pit to Katima Mulilo Town Council for use as a refuse site. Last week the Katima Mulilo Town Council, Liselo Sub-Khuta, and the Katima Rural Constituency councilor were given authority to use them more than 30-year-old pit for use in disposing of the town's waste.
