The draft Access to Information Bill will be available in video, brail and audio format for the visually impaired, free of charge, and the public will only be required to pay when printing of large files is required. This was the assurance given by officials from the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, civil society organisations and the UN's child welfare agency, UNICEF. Details of the draft legislation were shared with members of the public during a consultative meeting in the Capital.
