The Minister of Information and Communication Technology Peya Mushelenga warned the Communication Regulatory Authority of Namibia's (CRAN) board of directors that they will be held accountable if they do not deliver as per the expectation. Dr Mushelenga said this during the signing of performance and governance agreements by the board.
