The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni hopes that the ongoing induction workshop for newly-elected regional and local authority councillors will assist them to understand between promises made during election campaigns and the reality on the ground, once they take office. The minister spoke at Okahandja where an induction workshop is underway.
