Urban and Rural Development Minister Erastus Uutoni has ordered the Rundu Town Council to immediately terminate its agreement with a debt collector, as it was entered into without his approval. The Rundu Town Council solicited the services of the Red Force debt collectors without approval from the line Minister as per the Local Authorities Act.
