The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (MAWF) has paid about N$18 million to farmers through the Livestock Marketing Incentive Scheme as part of their drought mitigation measures. The ministry has called on farmers to submit their claims before the due date on Friday at the ministry's offices countrywide.
