The National Union of Namibian Worker's (NUNW) secretary-general wants the "no work no pay" principle changed. Job Muniaro is of the view that in the event of a dispute and strike, the company should close shop until the dispute has been resolved. Muniaro was speaking during a discussion at the Government Information Centre on the topic "addressing labour condition's and challenges".
