Namibia has a lot to learn from Rwanda on keeping the country clean. On the sidelines of the World Tourism conference which ended in Kigali last week, Deputy Minister Tommy Nambahu paid a courtesy call on that country's Minister of Environment to discuss possible cooperation in the area of waste management.
