Employees at the company Namibia Joinery Suppliers recently downed tools over what they termed exploitation at the workplace and claims that they are not getting what they deserve. This came after failed negotiations between management and the Namibia Retail and Manufacture Workers Union. The union is demanding 30% salary increment and other benefits.
