A Namibian lawmaker Vipuakuje Muharukua says It is time for SADC legislative bodies to start encouraging trade among their own people. Muharukua says this can be done by putting in place measures and facilities that encourage trade within the regional block. He was contributing during the virtual SADC Parliamentary Forum.
