The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation's (NBC) board chairperson, Lazarus Jacobs says staff development is key in any organisation, as it addresses weaknesses and helps employees to be better skilled in their jobs. Speaking at the broadcaster's strategic engagement, Jacobs also stated that it is the board's vision to transform the NBC into a people-centred organisation.
