The Namibia Correctional Services (NCS) again suspended visiting hours at their facilities after a local transmission was recorded in Walvis Bay. Commissioner-General Raphael Hamunyela says, apart from the reported local transmission, the health authorities have also not yet delivered disinfectant to the facilities. Hamunyela says the correctional service authorities are monitoring the situation of the pandemic and would not confirm when the visitations would be allowed.
