The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) has successfully paid out non-tuition fees to about 80% of continuing and new students from various institutions of higher learning in the country. This was revealed by senior public relations officer in the Ministry of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, Selma Ngola in a recent interview.
