The Onyuulaye combined and Okakondo Primary School in the Oshikoto Region now have a hostel and pit latrine facilities constructed at a cost of more than N$3 million. Oshikoto Governor, Penda ya Ndakolo commissioned the facilities which are part of the COVID-19 response fund.
