Residents of Tsintsabis can now breathe a sigh of relief as the area was proclaimed a settlement. The Oshikoto Regional Council leadership met residents at the settlement to brief them about the proclamation. Tsintsabis is situated about 60 kilometres north-east of Tsumeb and serves as a gateway to the Kavango West.
