Education, Arts and Culture Minister, Anna Nghipondoka says with government having abolished the school development fund programme, parents should continue supporting the education sector as the budget given to schools is too small to cater for their children's needs. Nghipondoka however emphasised that parents' financial support to schools is voluntary and learners should not be turned away due to non-payment.
