The Popular Democratic Movement's (PDM) Uakaisiua Melchizedek Muharukua has been sworn in as councillor for the Opuwo rural constituency. Magistrate Eliud Nakulonda swore in Muharukua during a ceremony held at the Kunene Regional Council in Opuwo on Thursday.
