The populations of towns and cities are expected to increase by almost 70% by the year 2050. This was said by the Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHo) Tedros Ghebreyesus during the commemoration of World Cities Day on Sunday. The theme for World Cities Day 2021 is Adapting Cities for Climate Resilience.
