President Hage Geingob has expressed condolences to the family of late retired Colonel George Kaxuxwena and retired Brigadier-General Holden Uulenga. Kaxuxwena died last Tuesday in Windhoek, aged 63 and Uulenga died on Sunday in Windhoek.
