President Hage Geingob told the ongoing Blue Economy conference in Windhoek that Namibia is uniquely positioned to leverage its oceanic assets. In this regard, he said Namibia is determined to develop a Green and Blue economy that will ensure that the country's natural resources are at centre stage.
