Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has urged SWAPO supporters at Oranjemund to come out in numbers and vote for the party's candidates who will contest the upcoming Regional Council and Local Authority Elections. SWAPO has dominated Oranjemund even before the diamond mining and restricted area was proclaimed a town in 2011.
