The ongoing restructuring at TransNamib is a resizing exercise that is going to be completely voluntary and no employee will be retrenched. Public Enterprises Minister, Leon Jooste said this in the National Assembly while responding to questions by Popular Democratic Movement's (PDM) Jan Van Wyk.
