The Rundu Urban Community Association (RUCA) has called for an amendment to the Special Advisors and Regional Governors Appointment Amendment Act. Addressing a media conference, a member of the association's advisory committee Marcellus Mukuve believes the appointment of regional governors by the president is creating a gap in the administration of regions.
