A faction of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority at Otjinene is accusing Ombara Otjitambi, Vekuii Rukoro of appointing Muute Tjijahura in charge of a village within his jurisdiction, without proper consultation. The group claims Rukoro did not consult residents or the person in charge of Okehijomuramba Village.
