The Namibian Police have charged and released the 23 protestors who were arrested on Saturday during a demonstration in Windhoek. They are expected to appear in court tomorrow (Monday). The protestors were released on warning without posting bail and were charged with inciting public violence and obstructing the police in the execution of their lawful duties.
