A 48-year-old single mother of six children at Kambowo village is finding survival difficult. Unemployed Rosiwitha Sirenge says her family does not benefit from any of Government's social safety nets, whether grants for vulnerable children or drought relief. Kambowo Village is about 20 kilometres east of Rundu in the Kavango East Region.
